This notice covers the wild & co. studio website. We process personal data under Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Visits and hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. Visiting it sends technically necessary connection data, such as your IP address, the time, requested files and browser information, to the hosting provider. This supports website delivery, stability and security.
Processing abroad, particularly in the USA, is possible. Vercel provides information on processing, storage and international transfers in its Privacy notice .
Local storage and tracking
Google Analytics loads only after you allow statistics in Privacy settings. We measure page views, service pages, clicks on email or phone links and successfully submitted project enquiries, without their content. A click is not a confirmed enquiry. Google processes cookie identifiers and device and connection data. We do not send briefing text, names, email addresses, URL parameters or newsletter confirmation links to Analytics. Advertising features and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled. Google may process data abroad, including in the USA. You can withdraw consent in Privacy settings at any time; statistics cookies will then be deleted. We store your choice in your browser under wild-statistics-consent-v1. The wild-home-intro-seen-v1 entry remembers whether the homepage intro has played. More about Google’s data processing: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Project enquiries
The interactive brief initially processes your entries in your browser. Only when you submit your enquiry do we send your name, email address, selected services and project description through our server and the email provider Resend to hello@wildandco.ch. We use this information to reply and prepare a possible collaboration. Downloads are generated locally as text files. Reloading discards entries that have not been submitted.
If you email us, we process your message and contact details to respond and, where relevant, prepare or carry out our collaboration. We retain this information as long as needed for these purposes or to meet statutory retention requirements.
Newsletter, images and social media
For Wildly yours., we use your email address and selected language for confirmation, a welcome email and the monthly newsletter. Subscriptions become active only after you confirm. Resend manages contacts and email delivery. Details and unsubscribe options are provided in the newsletter privacy notice. Images, videos and fonts are delivered through this website; no third-party social feeds or video players are embedded.
Clicking social icons and external links in articles opens other websites, whose privacy policies then apply. Our application does not load their content unless you click a link.
Shop and product previews
The product catalogue uses locally hosted images. Opening an animated product preview may load a GIF from the image service Showit. The provider receives connection data needed to deliver the file. Purchases take place on Etsy, where Etsy’s privacy and purchase terms apply.
Your rights and contact
Within the scope of applicable law, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent. Please contact hello@wildandco.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner .
